Strips 3584-3710 (June 17, 1950 to November 11, 1950)
The underworld has amassed a huge Superman War Fund from every crook in the nation in order to declare war on Superman. They've decided to wage a "war of nerves" on Superman by describing crimes in advance, but not telling him where they will occur. Will Superman be able to outwit the underworld army?
Notes: The story is interrupted on June 21, 1950 with as strip showing Superman telling how you can buy U.S. savings bonds.
