When con-artist J. Wilbur Wolfingham saves Gabriel Jones's life while hopping a train car, the two decide to make it big in Metropolis. When Wolfingham learns that Jones has inherited a million dollars, will he be able to con Jones by convincing him that he has changed his ways?
