Zigi and Zagi, visiting children from Alpha Centauri, have been wandering through Metropolis trying to make sense of Earth culture. When Superman runs into them at the Rocket Boys of America convention, they convince him to give them a tour of the country. However, when a child welfare counselor intervenes, will Zigi and Zagi be forced to attend school instead?
