Clark Kent visits the Benson Field in order to write a day-to-day column on air corps cadet's training. Clark decides to follow Dave Cooper, a reckless pilot who wants to join the army air corps. However, when Nazis learn that Dave is to be the Daily Planet's "model air cadet," they decide to kidnap him in order to strike a blow to the air corps' prestige. Will Superman be able to capture the Nazi agents and help Dave get his pilot's wings?
