Superman has offered to help servicemen solve nay particularly tough problems in their lives. When Joe Lynn, a lovesick sailor at sea, learns that a man back home is pursuing his girlfriend, he takes Superman up on his offer. Will Superman be able to end the unwelcome attentions being showered by another suitor upon the girl Joe left behind him?
