The essential book to own. I believe that following their 4,000 calorie diet allowed me to carry my triplets to 35 weeks without them having to stay a single day in the NICU.
An ok book, with some handy tips for managing pregnancy and bed rest, plus tips on managing the triplets.
A great DVD showing amazing video of how crowded it is in there. We watched it the day before we found out we were having triplets.
Great advice for how to build a milk supply sufficient for three, but don't drive yourself crazy if you have to modify the plan.
Great advice for when and how to do kangaroo care in the NICU.
Doesn't really address the triplet issue, and you have to skip ahead in the book in order to read about your own symptoms, but still a good reference book.
Good reference book so far, but since we're still in the first year, we'll let you know what we think later on. You may have to adjust for your child's developmental age depending on how premature they are.
